Care Hub Homes is a builder and manager of high quality, well located, highly sustainable homes built for people with disabilities funded within the NDIS, Specialist Disability Accommodation scheme.
We focus on the things that makes life easier for our residents, and strive to build the best SDA houses possible whilst lessening the carbon footprint on our planet. We do so through utilising environmentally efficient and renewable construction material (timber) and minimising the lifetime emissions of carbon into the atmosphere through clever design and thermally efficient homes.
